1. Delivery Method
1.1. Choreo Collective does not ship merchandise by post or courier.
1.2. All orders are delivered in-person directly by us.
1.3. Customers can choose from the following collection/delivery options:
Collection at your weekly class
Collection at an agreed venue (Winchester, Bursledon, or Lords Hill)
Hand-delivered by your instructor during your next booked session
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1. All merchandise is made to order.
2.2. Production time is typically 7–14 working days, depending on supplier workload.
2.3. Once your order arrives with us, we will arrange:
A collection time or
In-person delivery at your next class / session
2.4. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for collection.
3. Missed Collections
3.1. If you miss your arranged collection time, we will hold your order until the next available session.
3.2. No additional fees apply for missed collections.
4. Limited Edition Items
4.1. Limited edition items follow the same collection process.
4.2. Due to demand, we recommend collecting your order as soon as it becomes available.
5. Responsibility After Collection
5.1. Once merchandise has been handed over in person, Choreo Collective is no longer responsible for:
Damage occurring after collection
Loss or theft of items
5.2. Please check your items upon collection and let us know within 24 hours if there is a fault.

6.1. In-person delivery/collection applies only within:

Bursledon
Lords Hill
6.2. We do not ship merchandise outside these areas.

This Refund Policy applies to all physical merchandise sold by Choreo Collective, including clothing, drinkware, accessories, and limited-edition items.
1. General Policy
1.1. All merchandise sales are considered final once payment has been received.
1.2. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in accordance with the conditions below.
1.3. Proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange requests.
2. No Refunds on Incorrect Size or Change of Mind
2.1. Because all merchandise is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Preference for a different colour or fit
2.2. Size guides are provided at the time of ordering. Please check sizing carefully before placing your order.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
3.1. If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
3.2. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
3.3. We may request photos of the fault/damage before processing the replacement.
3.4. If items need to be returned, Choreo Collective will cover the return postage cost.
3.5. Replacements will be sent out as soon as the issue is confirmed.
4. Limited Edition Merchandise
4.1. Limited edition items (including launch hoodies) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect printing.
4.2. These items cannot be exchanged for another size due to limited stock.
5. Custom or Personalised Items
5.1. Items featuring personalised names, numbers, or custom designs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless faulty.
5.2. Please check all spellings and customisation details carefully at checkout.
6. Order Cancellations
6.1. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided printing has not yet begun.
6.2. After this window, cancellations are not possible as orders move immediately into production.
7. Refund Processing
7.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
7.2. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
