Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, classes, workshops, camps and private sessions provided by Choreo Collective. By booking or attending any of our classes, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

Group Classes

1.1. All group classes must be booked in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
1.2. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been made on site or before the class begins (if paid in cash).
1.3. Payments for group classes can be made via online booking with card or cash on site.

• Cash payments must be made prior to the class or upon arrival before the session starts.
  1.4. Prices and class timetables are subject to change; however, we will provide reasonable notice of any updates.
   

Private Sessions

1.5. All private lessons must be booked in advance and are confirmed once payment has been received.
1.6. Payment for private sessions must be made via bank transfer or cash.
1.7. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the session.

Merchandise

1.8. All merchandise orders must be paid via bank transfer or cash before items are ordered.
1.9. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Group Classes

2.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a refund or class credit.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are non-refundable; however, class credit may be offered at the school’s discretion.
2.3. Missed classes or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.4. If a class is cancelled by the school (e.g., instructor illness, venue issues), students will be offered a full refund or class credit.

1-to-1 Sessions

2.5. Private lessons cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
2.6. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session may receive a 50% refund or partial class credit at the school’s discretion.
2.7. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
2.8. Instructors reserve the right to end or refuse sessions if students arrive late, intoxicated, or unfit to participate safely.

3. Transfers and Rescheduling

3.1. You may request to transfer your group class booking to another class of the same value with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
3.2. Private lessons may be rescheduled once per booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

4. Attendance and Conduct

4.1. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first session to check in.
4.2. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may not be permitted to join for safety reasons and will not be refunded.
4.3. We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Any behaviour that is disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate may result in removal from class without refund.
4.4. Students must follow instructor guidance and dance safely to avoid injury.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. You are responsible for ensuring you or your child is physically fit and able to participate in dance activities.
5.2. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or additional needs before participating.
5.3. Proper dance attire and suitable footwear are required for safety.
5.4. We accept no liability for injuries sustained due to failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines.

6. Minors and Parental Consent

6.1. Students under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
6.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safe arrival and collection of children.
6.3. Children must not be left unsupervised before or after class times.

7. Media and Photography

7.1. We occasionally capture photos or videos for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).
7.2. By participating, you grant permission for us to use such media unless you opt out in writing.
7.3. Parents or guardians must provide consent for any photos or videos of minors.

8. Liability

8.1. Participation in dance activities is at your own risk.
8.2. Choreo Collective and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after classes, except where caused by proven negligence.
8.3. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

9. Privacy

9.1. We handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Your information is used only for class management, communication, and safety purposes.

10. Changes to Classes or Policies

10.1. We reserve the right to amend class schedules, instructors, or venues when necessary.
10.2. Any updates to these Terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
