At Choreo Collective, we value our students and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, credits, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled at Choreo Collective. By booking or attending any of our classes, sessions, or events, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
1.1. All bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received.
1.2. Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms below.
1.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
• If the original payment was made by cash, any approved refund will be issued in cash or via bank transfer (student choice).
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
2. Group Dance Classes
2.1. Cancellations by Students

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time are eligible for:

A full refund, or
-
A class credit to be used within 60 days.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

A class credit may be offered at the school’s discretion but is not guaranteed.

No-shows or missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2. Cancellations by Choreo Collective
If we must cancel a class due to:

Instructor illness
-
Venue issues
-
Low attendance
-
Safety concerns
You will receive:
-
A full refund, or
-
A class credit to use for another session.
3. 1-to-1 (Private) Sessions
3.1. Student Cancellations

More than 48 hours’ notice:
✔ Full refund or reschedule available.

24–48 hours’ notice:
✔ 50% refund or partial class credit (school discretion).

Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations:
✖ Non-refundable.
3.2. Missed Sessions
-
No-shows are non-refundable.
-
Late arrivals that shorten the session are not credited or refunded.
3.3. Instructor Cancellations
If your instructor must cancel, you will receive:

A full refund or
-
A rescheduled session at no extra cost.
4. Merchandise Refunds
4.1. Merchandise is only ordered once payment is received via bank transfer or cash.
4.2. No refunds are offered for:

Wrong size ordered
-
Change of mind
-
Personal preference
4.3. Refunds are only available if:

Items arrive damaged
-
Items are faulty
-
An incorrect order was supplied by Choreo Collective
4.4. Faulty/damaged item claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, with photo evidence.
5. Courses, Workshops & Events
5.1. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
5.3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
5.4. If Choreo Collective cancels the event, a full refund or credit will be issued.
6. Credits and Expiry
6.1. Class credits issued due to cancellations are valid for 60 days.
6.2. Credits cannot be:

Refunded
-
Exchanged for cash
-
Transferred to another person
6.3. Expired credits cannot be reactivated.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Choreo Collective may offer partial refunds, credits, or rescheduled sessions in cases of:

Severe illness
-
Injury with medical proof
-
Emergency situations
All exceptions are approved at the school’s discretion.
8. Payment methods and Refund Processing
8.1. Refunds for group classes are issued via the original payment method.
8.2. Refunds for private sessions will be returned via bank transfer.
8.3. Cash payments can be refunded in cash at the next class or via bank transfer if preferred.
8.4. Refunds may take 5–10 working days to process.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a service is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a full refund under UK law.
